How to Play Pontoon

The intention of the game pontoon is that the cards at your hand must be close to 21 but not exceeding it at the same time greater than the dealer’s sum. The game is usually played with one or two standard 52 cards deck. In this game, there would be some points awarded to different denominations of the card. The cards ranging from 2 to 10 have points that are equal to the face value of the card. Other cards such as king, queen and jack are allotted 10 points. An ace may either take a value 1 or 11. The rules of the game go as follows:

1. Each player will be dealt with two cards by the dealer. Before receiving these two cards the dealer must pay his wager. The dealer then deals himself with two cards that will be kept facing down.
2. You can call a hit, and drag a card until you feel you are close to the total 21. You can also stand with the given cards if you are confident that you are closer to the total of 21. At the maximum you can have only 5 cards at your hand.
3. You could also split the cards in your hand into two. In pontoon you can split only cards of the same rank.
4. You could also double the wager and this can be done at anytime in the game.
5. The same thing is done by each player around the table and finally the dealer deals with his cards. He\she can either hit or stand or also can claim for a pontoon.
6. You are a loser if your count is over 21 or if the dealer is closer then you to 21.

How to Play Pai Gow Poker

The game of poker is very famous all around the world and it has several forms. Also in China, there is a popular gambling game called as the Pai Gow. The pai gow poker hence can be deduced, to be the mixture of pai gow and poker game. It can be said that Americanization of pai gow has resulted in pai gow poker. The pai gow poker unlike the normal poker will have 7 cards. Also it is called as the double hand poker. The game has the betting system and regulations similar to that of a normal poker but the game play is the thing that differs here.

The cards will be chosen into two hands namely five hands and a two hand. The five hands can be considered as a separate poker and the two hand the other. The major condition is that the value of five hands should always be higher than the two hands. Another thing is that four cards must be kept without using, even if any number of players is playing.

A number is chosen from one to seven, randomly by rolling a die. The deal begins from that particular position. The transport is normally counter clockwise. The five card set or hand follows the rule of a normal poker. The point system and pay out system is similar to normal poker. The hand with most matches wins. Similarly the game progresses on with further betting and the player with maximum points can cash out in the end.

How to Play French Roulette

French roulette is based on luck and it consists of a wheel, table and a ball. The game of roulette is played in different ways from place to place. The rules followed in the European countries are collectively called as French roulette. The wheel in the French roulette game has pockets with numbers from zero to thirty six. The main purpose of the game is to deduce where the ball will ground when the wheel of the roulette comes to a halt.

The roulette wheel can be either of American type or of European type. The European type of roulette has just one zero on the wheel while the American type of roulette has two zeroes on the wheel. The European type which has only one zero helps the player with better opportunities. Moreover the arrangement of the number is also varies in the French roulette. The purpose behind the game is to forecast where the number will land when the wheel comes to a halt after rotating.

Once the player bets his place over the table, the merchant rolls a ball into the wheel opposite to the direction of rotation. The ball would finally stop at any of the pockets which are numbered. If the player has successfully predicted where the ball would land finally then he has declared that he has won the contest. The game is based merely on the luck of the person who is contesting in it and does not test the physical or mental capability of the player.
